Easy Returns

Please take care when ordering that all details are entered accurately.

We will only accept returns on personalized goods if we have made an error or if the goods are faulty. We will not accept returns if you have made a mistake when typing in personalization, or selecting other options. We also reserve the right to refuse returns for your dislike of color choice.

If you find any of our products of unsatisfactory quality, you may return it to us for either a refund to the value, replacement, or exchange.
